K Rend Silicone Thin Coat Renders
K Rend silicone thin coat renders provide lightweight, textured finishes for prepared external walls and compatible render systems. The range includes ready-to-use Silicone TC finishes in different grain sizes, along with silicone-enhanced Mineral TC topcoats, colour-coordinated Primer TC and a drying accelerator for suitable conditions.
Silicone TC10, TC15 and TC30 offer progressively more pronounced textures and are available in a wide choice of tinted colours. The appropriate base coat and primer will depend on the substrate and system specification, so check the individual product information before ordering.

Choosing a K Rend Thin Coat Finish
- Silicone TC10: Fine 1mm textured finish

- Mineral TC2: Cement-based 2mm mineral topcoat
- Mineral TC4: Coarser cement-based 4mm mineral topcoat

TC-Additiv is a solvent-free additive used to reduce the drying time of thin coat renders such as K Rend Silicone TC.

It is designed to be used on external wall insulating render systems (It is also suitable for most other substrates.) and available in a wide range of colours which are co-ordinated to the colour of the Primer TC. Silicone TC should be used after the application of the Primer TC.

K Rend Mineral TC2 is a through-coloured mineral render designed to produce a fine 2mm textured finish. Its lighter texture makes it a versatile choice for full elevations, extensions and architectural details where a neat, consistent surface is required. Supplied as a cement-based powder, Mineral TC2 only requires the addition of clean water on site. The polymer-modified formulation incorporates silicone technology, helping the finished render repel rainwater while remaining breathable.

Create a bold, heavily textured façade with K Rend Mineral TC4. The 4mm aggregate produces a much coarser appearance than Mineral TC2, adding visible depth and character to the rendered surface. This silicone-enhanced mineral topcoat combines decorative colour with protection from the weather. Its water-repellent properties help limit rainwater absorption, while the breathable finish allows water vapour to pass through the render system.
