K Rend Mineral TC2 25kg

Mineral TC 2 a cement based, polymer modified render, requiring only the addition of water and 10 minutes mixing time. It will provide an attractive, low maintenance finish.

Expected coverage: 10-12m2 per 25kg bag.

Mineral TC2 is particularly suited to projects completed during cooler or more humid periods because it dries faster in these conditions than many ready-to-use thin-coat finishes. It can be applied externally or used internally where an appropriate decorative mineral finish is required.

Apply Mineral TC2 over a suitable K Rend base coat that has been allowed to cure for at least 14 days. The wall should first be coated with colour-coordinated K Rend Primer TC and left for 24 hours before the topcoat is installed.

The render is applied to the thickness of its largest grain using a stainless-steel float. Once the material has taken up slightly, finish the surface in a circular motion with a plastic float to develop the required 2mm texture.
