K Rend HP12 is a high polymer base coat designed to provide enhanced performance on difficult substrates. The enhanced properties allow for increased water resistance and easier adhesion. This K Rend base coat can be applied either by hand or spray, though in some cases, the use of a scrim cloth may be required.
