Choosing Render Spraying Equipment

Select spraying equipment according to the material being applied and the volume of work involved. Hopper guns provide a compact option for textured coatings, masonry paints, Tyrolean finishes and compatible thin-coat renders, but they require a suitable compressor and air supply.

Larger texture sprayers are designed for more sustained application of compatible premixed renders, coatings and base coats. Replacement hoses, rotors and stators must be matched to the relevant machine and material specification.

Before ordering, check:

• Maximum permitted aggregate or grain size
• Required compressor output and pressure
• Hose length and connection compatibility
