Weber Base Coats for High Density Block / Brick / Concrete
Dense blockwork, brick and concrete can present smooth or low-suction surfaces that need additional preparation before rendering. This range focuses on Weber products for establishing a suitable key and preparing these masonry backgrounds for the specified render system.
Weber RendAid is a preparatory stipple coat used to improve adhesion conditions and equalise suction across mixed backgrounds. Reinforcement mesh and bead adhesive are also available for the relevant stages of installation. Assess the surface condition and suction before choosing your preparation method, as different bricks, blocks and concrete finishes do not all behave alike.

Weber Rend Aid is a polymer-modified, sand, and cement stipple render. It's used as a preparatory key coat before the application of monocouche render, and includes an integral bonding agent, so when you get to site, all you need is the addition of clean water to mix up your Weber Rend Aid.
