K Rend K1 Spray+ is a through-coloured, one-coat render designed for spray machine or hand application. Applied in two passes, it produces a fine-textured, low-maintenance finish suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects.

K Rend Silicone K1 is a cement-based, through-coloured render for creating a fine-textured, low-maintenance finish on external walls. Enhanced with silicone technology, it repels rainwater while remaining breathable, allowing water vapour to pass through the finished render. Suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects, Silicone K1 can be applied by hand or render spray machine. Depending on the substrate, it can be applied directly in two passes or used as a finish over a suitable K Rend base coat. It can produce either a scraped texture or roughcast finish and is available in 20 standard colours. Because the colour runs throughout the render, the finished surface does not require painting. Incorporating silicone technology, it produces a water-repellent yet breathable exterior suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects. Silicone FT can be applied directly to suitable blockwork in two passes or used as a finish over an appropriate K Rend base coat, depending on the background. It is available in a wide range of K Rend colours and supplied in 25kg bags. K Rend Brick render is useful for refurbishment projects where new brick-work cannot be used. It is applied in two different coloured coats. The top coat is then cut through to expose the mortar layer. The exposed mortar joints create a brick effect finish.

Formulated with advanced silicone technology, it provides excellent water resistance and long-lasting protection when applied over a silicone dash receiver.

Silicone enhanced dashing receiver. Specifically designed for refurbishment. K Rend Overcoating Silicone Dash is light and easy to use and gives excellent coverage over existing dry dash finishes. Surfaces to be over coated should be free from contamination (algae, oil and paint) and may require priming with R7 liquid acrylic prior to application.
