K Rend Silicone FT 25kg

K Rend Silicone FT is a hand-applied, through-coloured render that creates a fine scraped-texture finish. Incorporating silicone technology, it produces a water-repellent yet breathable exterior suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects. Silicone FT can be applied directly to suitable blockwork in two passes or used as a finish over an appropriate K Rend base coat, depending on the background. It is available in a wide range of K Rend colours and supplied in 25kg bags. Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects, K Rend Silicone FT offers a low-maintenance solution with excellent water repellence while remaining breathable, helping to protect external walls from the elements.
