K Rend Champagne K1 is a through-coloured silicone render that creates a warm, light neutral finish with a finely scraped texture. The Champagne shade offers a softer alternative to white and can complement brickwork, natural stone and darker exterior features. The silicone-enhanced formulation helps the finished surface repel water while remaining breathable. Suitable for hand or spray application, it provides a decorative, low-maintenance finish without requiring an additional coat of masonry paint. White is the brightest option in K Rend’s standard scraped render colour range, although the manufacturer advises that it should not be considered a brilliant white. The cement-based formulation incorporates silicone technology to produce a water-repellent yet breathable finish. As the colour runs through the render, the completed surface does not require an additional coat of masonry paint. This makes it a practical, low-maintenance option for new-build developments and refurbishment projects.
