K Rend HP12 is a high-polymer base coat designed to provide improved adhesion and water resistance on difficult substrates. Suitable for hand or spray application, this K Rend base coat creates a reliable background for compatible K Rend finishes. Scrim cloth may be required in certain applications to reinforce the system.

K Rend Sterling White K1 is a through-coloured silicone render designed to create a clean, contemporary white exterior with a finely scraped texture. The light neutral finish can be used across complete elevations or paired with brickwork, cladding and darker exterior details. Its silicone-enhanced formulation helps the finished surface repel water while remaining breathable. Suitable for hand or spray application, Sterling White provides an attractive, low-maintenance finish without requiring an additional coat of masonry paint.
