K Rend Polar White K1 Silicone Render 25kg

Supplied in 25kg bags. 

• One coat coverage: 1.6kg / mm thick / sq m
• Requires: 26-32kg / sq m approx for 16-18mm thickness.
• Over Base Coat coverage: 1.6kg / mm thick / sq m

The material is suitable for application by trowel or render spray machine. It can be installed directly onto suitable blockwork in two passes or used as a finishing coat over an appropriate K Rend base coat, depending on the background. Once the render has firmed sufficiently, approximately 2mm is removed to reveal its characteristic fine scraped finish.

Polar White works particularly well where a light, understated exterior is preferred or where the render needs to sit more softly alongside traditional brick, stone and neutral detailing. A sample should be viewed under natural light before the required quantity is ordered.
