Fassacouche Trevise 25kg

This mineral-pigmented monocouche render combines exterior protection and colour within the same material, creating a durable finish that does not depend on a surface coating for its shade. Trevise can be used to add depth to a complete property or applied as part of a mixed-material design alongside brick, stone or timber details. Different finishing methods allow its appearance to be adapted to the building, from the more textured result of a scratched finish to a flatter floated or smooth surface.

Use

Fassacouche is used as a through coloured render for exteriors, on both new and existing buildings, over medium density (1,400 to 1,800 kg/m³) concrete blockwork compliant with BS 771-3 : 2011, with a compressive strength of 7.3 N/mm².

FASSACOUCHE is not recommended for use on gypsum coatings.

Suitable for compliant medium-density concrete blockwork, the powder is mixed with water and normally installed in two applications. It may be mixed by hand or prepared and applied with appropriate render machinery.

This item will be factory made to order if not in stock. Fassacouche Naples is a semi-lightweight, through-coloured render that gives external walls a warm, Mediterranean-inspired finish. Its softly coloured appearance offers more warmth than a white or grey render while remaining subtle enough to work across a full elevation. Formulated using natural lime, white cement, graded sand and mineral pigments, Fassacouche protects and decorates the façade without requiring a separate coat of masonry paint. The inorganic pigments help the Naples colour retain a consistent appearance and resist fading over time.
