Offering a warmer alternative to a pure white finish, this understated shade can brighten a property without creating too sharp a contrast against its surrounding materials. The neutral colour makes Ivoire suitable for complete elevations as well as extensions and renovated sections of existing buildings. It can sit comfortably alongside red or buff brick, natural stone, timber features and a wide range of window and roofing colours.

Use

Fassacouche is used as a through coloured render for exteriors, on both new and existing buildings, over medium density (1,400 to 1,800 kg/m³) concrete blockwork compliant with BS 771-3 : 2011, with a compressive strength of 7.3 N/mm².

FASSACOUCHE is not recommended for use on gypsum coatings.

Fassacouche is an OC2-class semi-lightweight render made using natural lime, white cement, graded sand and mineral pigments. It forms the protective render and coloured finish together, removing the need for an additional coat of exterior paint.

Fassacouche Naples 25kg

This item will be factory made to order if not in stock. Fassacouche Naples is a semi-lightweight, through-coloured render that gives external walls a warm, Mediterranean-inspired finish. Its softly coloured appearance offers more warmth than a white or grey render while remaining subtle enough to work across a full elevation. Formulated using natural lime, white cement, graded sand and mineral pigments, Fassacouche protects and decorates the façade without requiring a separate coat of masonry paint. The inorganic pigments help the Naples colour retain a consistent appearance and resist fading over time.
