Apply Baumit UniPrimer bonding primer to the substrate using a roller or brush evenly without break. If necessary, e.g. during very hot weather, it is possible to add max. 5% water (max. 1 l water/25 kg bucket).

K Rend HP12 is a high polymer base coat designed to provide enhanced performance on difficult substrates. The enhanced properties allow for increased water resistance and easier adhesion.
