MC55 W also acts as a keying coat on smooth concrete and as a reinforcement layer with suitable mesh over compatible renders and selected render carrier boards. Its range of uses includes bonding insulation boards within specified Baumit systems. Choose the application method, coat thickness and reinforcement requirements to suit the background, following Baumit’s technical guidance before applying subsequent finishes.
