White is the brightest option in K Rend’s standard scraped render colour range, although the manufacturer advises that it should not be considered a brilliant white. The cement-based formulation incorporates silicone technology to produce a water-repellent yet breathable finish. As the colour runs through the render, the completed surface does not require an additional coat of masonry paint. This makes it a practical, low-maintenance option for new-build developments and refurbishment projects.

K Rend HP12 is a high-polymer base coat designed to provide improved adhesion and water resistance on difficult substrates. Suitable for hand or spray application, this K Rend base coat creates a reliable background for compatible K Rend finishes. Scrim cloth may be required in certain applications to reinforce the system.
