Each board is supplied with James Hardie’s factory-applied ColourPlus finish, providing consistent colour and resistance to fading, chipping and weather exposure. Unlike unfinished timber weatherboarding, the boards do not require staining before installation and need comparatively little ongoing maintenance.

The 3.6m boards can be installed horizontally with an overlapping profile to create strong shadow lines across the façade. They may also be used within other layouts permitted by James Hardie’s current installation guidance.
