Why Choose a Rendit Approved Renderer?

Rendit Approved Renderers are required to be amongst the elite of the rendering trade. They must be well equipped with the right equipment for the job and they must have at least one manufacturer accreditation certificate in any of the render systems we supply. They also must be able to display evidence of attention to detail in all the works they do.

The reason we demand so much from our approved renderers is that there's a lot at stake. A correctly done job should look fantastic, with clean straight lines, blemish-free walls, and detailing with a high-end touch. On the flip side, a lot can go wrong as corners can be cut, materials can be skimped on, and inexperience of materials can leave you with a blemished and disappointing finish.

So, what is a correctly done job?

1.) Preparation is key and all exposed surfaces should be protected and masked up to a high standard. We understand the importance of protecting your property rendering it a messy business!

2.) The manufacturer of the material being applied should be consulted to ascertain correct products and application procedures are used. This is very important as using incorrect materials or application methods could result in a poor finish as a minimum or worse, dangerous catastrophic failure of the render system. It's very common for applicators to bypass this process and simply buy whatever is cheapest, albeit untested at their supplier, followed by applying at inadequate thicknesses to appear "cheap." Our approved applicators don't do "cheap," because providing quality isn't actually much more expensive than "cheap." It's certainly much safer! Always ask your applicator what specification is being followed and we advise to avoid anyone who can't answer this simple question. They should be able to provide you with written manufacturer specifications if requested. We also only supply render materials that have had some form of BBA (British Board of Agreement.) testing. If you aren't sure what this is we should explain that this is the gold standard of testing in the UK as it rigorously tests the durability of a render system to 25 years! It's also incredibly expensive to obtain this certification and it shows that a manufacturer has the utmost confidence in its products to take the financial risk to obtain this particular certification. There's cheaper, lesser certification out there for manufacturers to use but as far as we are concerned, if a manufacturer doesn't have the confidence to go for BBA certification then we don't have the confidence to supply them. Even our uPVC beads are BBA tested for 25 years!

3.) Rendit Approved Renderers all are equipped with the correct tools and machinery for the job. They are experienced operators of industry-leading render spray machines and they have specially designed tools that the inexperienced simply will not know about to provide sharp clean lines.

4.) The cleanup is important as the preparation, our approved renderers will always look to leave your property in the same state as they found it!

5.) Rendit Approved Renderers hold at least one manufacturer approval certificate from any of the render systems we supply, not only are we certifying their quality, they are manufacturer-approved as well! They know the material inside out and they are trained to be able to produce a flawless finish! Don't forget, only Rendit Approved Renderers can offer our industry-leading 5 Year Crack Free Guarantee!
